  2. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
